Hey there Bookwyrms! It’s Thursday and I’m doing a special back to back week of *drum roll* Meet the #Bookstagrammer, #Blogger or #Bookshark!
So, without further adieu, let’s put our hands together for my next guest!!
Name &/or @handle: Giuli, @giuliland
Giuli’s a #Bookstagrammer & #Blogger
City: Lakeland, FL
Favorite Genre: Historical Fiction
What are you currently reading? How is it so far?
I’m currently reading Romanov by Nadine Brandes. It’s a YA historical fantasy based on Anastasia Romanov, and I’m loving it so far.
What are two books we’d find in your beach/pool bag?
The Great Gatsby (F. Scott Fitzgerald) and The Summer Wives ( or anything else by Beatriz Williams)
Apart from books, what do you love to do? What are some of your hobbies?
I love writing, cooking, baking, and traveling.
Interviewer Interruption: We have most of the same hobbies! Except for baking. Although I love to watch a good baking show, The Great British Baking Show being one of my favorites, I don’t think I could ever tackle all the science and intricacies behind baking lol
What’s your favorite childhood book?
Number the Stars
Physical, E-book or Audiobook, which do you prefer?
Definitely physical books! I’ve tried e-books and audiobooks, and they’re just not for me.
And finally, a bonus question from last week’s guest: So many books, so little time. How do you organize and prioritize your TBR piles?
I honestly don’t have a TBR! I had no idea that was a thing before I stumbled upon bookstagram. I’m a mood reader, so whenever I finish reading a book, I scan my bookshelves until I find something I’ve been meaning to read. Or I buy a new release I’ve been waiting for.
Interviewer Interruption: I also had no idea what a TBR was until bookstagram! I’m a mood reader as well, but TBR’s have kept my reading habits and bookshelves more organized.
Thank you for allowing us to get to know you better Giuli!
